March 2025 Cohort
On 11 March 2025, we proudly celebrated the graduation of the first cohort of the AI Data Centre Talent Development Programme, a landmark initiative addressing the growing talent gap in digital infrastructure. Held at the RDCS Building, University of East London Docklands Campus, the event marked a significant step towards building a skilled and inclusive workforce. Notably, 41% of graduates were women, highlighting our commitment to representation across the sector.

Hosted by the Mayor of Newham, Rokhsana Fiaz OBE, the event featured a panel chaired by Professor Rabih Bashroush, with contributions from sector leaders including Professor Matt Bellgard, Pamela Garibaldi, Claudia Jaksch, Jason Liggins. The discussion centred on the workforce powering AI infrastructure and future talent needs.
